The crescent shape features a striking geometric pattern of mother-of-pearl inlay triangles and sparkling white diamonds. The pendant attaches to a removable pyramid bale and is meant to be attached to one of her foundation necklaces.

Crescents historically represent life cycles and the ebb and flow of time.
